Hi, I'm Pete!
I'm a licensed psychologist practicing out of Fort Collins, CO with a focus in assessment.
- Autism spectrum disorder
- Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder
- Learning disorders
- Behavior and mood disorders
- Post-secondary transition
Upon completing my Ph.D. in school psychology from the University of Denver’s (DU) Child, Family, and School Psychology program, I stuck around at the CCAC to help meet the growing evaluation needs in the Northern Colorado community. I have received training working with children and adults in both school and clinical settings. My research focuses on facilitating improved postsecondary goal attainment for all students, and especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I aim to help clients understand the assessment and diagnostic process so that they can maximize the benefit of the results and recommendations.
I’ve been lucky enough to live all over the United States! I was born in Chicago, where I developed a deep passion for the Bears, Cubs, and Italian beef. I spent my adolescence in Connecticut, before returning to the Midwest to complete my undergraduate studies at Marquette University in Milwaukee. Finally, I moved to Colorado to work on my graduate studies, and I love it here! My wife and I enjoy taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer, from hiking, to skiing, to the fantastic breweries!
