I attended Colorado State University, where I earned my Masters in Human Development and Family Studies with a Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have over 5 years of clinical experience, and I began my clinical work in a setting with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. More recently, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families in a classic therapy setting, as well as teens in a mentoring program. Additionally, I have been conducting trauma and resilience assessments for both children and adults.
I am a systems-oriented therapist and love working with families and children. I also enjoy work with couples and individuals.I have a very client-centered approach, so my hope is to tailor every session to you and your interests, as well as help you achieve your goals by meeting you exactly where you are at. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to figure out the right path for them and how to get there. I aim to create an environment that reflects who I am: open-minded, detail-oriented, approachable, curious, and warm. My goal is to make you feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
To share a little more about me personally, I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and attended the University of Arizona for my undergraduate education. I made my way to Fort Collins for graduate school and absolutely love that I can be outdoors all the time (no 120-degree days here)! I enjoy hiking, camping, puzzles, and exploring National Parks and local food spots.
