I enjoy helping people find answers to the questions they bring in and equipping them with language to better describe their strengths and challenges.
I most value instilling hope and encouraging people through the challenges they come in with.
I thought about becoming an archaeologist. After multiple landscaping jobs outside, I realized I preferred working indoors.
I am a licensed psychologist working out of Fort Collins, Colorado. I graduated from Florida State University with a PhD in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology. My clinical experience has developed from working in multiple university counseling centers, university career centers and an inpatient hospital. I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Colorado for my Master’s in Counseling and Career Development. During my recent work at UC Davis I gained additional expertise and experience working with neurodivergent clients (ASD, ADHD, etc.) through both individual and group therapy. I am passionate about helping clients gain insights into their strengths and challenges while helping them plan how to use these insights to move forward.
