(Until I fully realized that meant dealing with animals in pain.) So then for awhile I wanted to be a personal assistant, but changed my mind after having a couple summer internship experiences in the entertainment industry that made it clear that wouldn’t give me the work/life balance I wanted in my life. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_layout_column][/cs_element_layout_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”26″ ][cs_element_row _id=”27″ ][cs_element_column _id=”28″ ][cs_element_text _id=”29″ ][cs_content_seo]Whether you are navigating a particularly challenging season of life or wanting to get to the root of habits and patterns that don’t seem to be serving you, you don’t have to walk that path alone. Together we can develop strategies and tools to help you cope with whatever you are facing. We can explore and engage your strengths and inner wisdom to build the courage and resilience for bravehearted living.I have experience supporting clients with grief, challenging family dynamics, stigmatized losses, and cultivating a sense of identity after going through a transition such as the ending of a relationship, finishing school, or changing careers. I have worked in the mental health field for more than 15 years, with 6 of those years taking place in crisis/inpatient psychiatric care settings. So whether you have utilized those kinds of services yourself, or who have a loved one that has, I would bring some shared understanding of those settings and how that level of care can sometimes impact folks. I am passionate about helping you consider what boundaries might support you in living the life you want to live and clarifying how you can align your life with your values. Many of my past clients have described me as collaborative and compassionate, and I feel honored to get to know and support people from all walks of life in my practice. \n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][/cs_element_section][cs_element_section _id=”30″ ][cs_element_layout_row _id=”31″ ][cs_element_layout_column _id=”32″ ][cs_element_headline _id=”33″ ][cs_content_seo]Clinical Specialties\n\n[/cs_content_seo][/cs_element_layout_column][cs_element_layout_column _id=”34″ ][cs_element_text _id=”35″ ][cs_content_seo]Family issues
