Hi, I'm Cassity!

I'm a doctoral intern practicing out of Fort Collins, CO with a focus in assessment and counseling.

Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, Learning Disorders

I am a doctoral candidate in the school psychology program at Utah State University, and I am completing my doctoral internship with the High Plains Psychology Internship Consortium at the Colorado Center for Assessment and Counseling in Fort Collins, CO.  One of my primary research interests is using technology for intervention and assessment with children with disabilities.

I enjoy assessment and working with multidisciplinary teams during psychological evaluations. I have experience providing comprehensive evaluations for many concerns, including autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, learning disorders, intellectual disability, and behavior and mood disorders. I work to collaborate with clients as well as other professionals throughout the assessment process in order to address clients' concerns and provide meaningful and useful recommendations.

I was born in Montana and grew up in a small town in Wyoming. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Weber State University in Utah and stayed to attend graduate school at Utah State University. I love living in the Mountain West and am happy to be completing my internship in Colorado! In my free time, I enjoy hiking, movies, live music, and playing board games.

I'm interested in scheduling, what now?
