What do you most look forward to about the work you do?

  • I look forward to helping clients with their phone and email inquiries everyday, addressing their concerns and being able to accomplish and complete other tasks successfully.

What do you most value about the work you do?

  • I value being able to help out clients with their inquiries and concerns with satisfaction. I value my work environment, having co-workers who are very appreciative and supportive. Most of all, just having a healthy work/life balance.

What is something clients might never guess about you?

  • I'm a health and fitness enthusiast. I developed an interest in fitness a couple years back when I started doing regular workouts at home or at the gym with friends. We used to join marathons before COVID. I am more than happy doing these things, it helps with my mental health and personal growth.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

  • A scientist or an astronaut! I don't know why, but I have always been fascinated with astronomy for some reason.

Before joining CCAC, I worked in different outsourcing companies from tech and sales to health care where I gained years of experience in customer service, administration, and billing. My work here in CCAC is more focused on answering phone calls and helping anyone calling the office gets a clear explanation of what they can expect in terms of the services offered and that they get to ask any questions they may have before they proceed to schedule an appointment.

I have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and am also a Psychology undergrad - which I am pursuing this next school year. I’m passionate about learning new things, communicating and helping others, and health and fitness. In my free time, I love to run, read, get away on a car trip with friends, and travel to new places.
